Jessie thrives while building brands from the ground up with her innate ability to carve out an identity and market position. Her approach to brand building leans on storytelling, honed at PEOPLE.com. Taking her love for startups one step further, she launched her own. The Intro was founded to connect women without the typical pain-points of networking.

Beth Kaplan is an Advisor at ‘87. Beth brings a wealth of knowledge of the CPG space, particularly around growth companies with direct-to-consumer models. Beth has experience across finance, operations, merchandising, customer insights, business development, and retail. Outside of her role at ‘87, Beth is a Managing Member of Axcel Partners, LLC, which focuses on investments in consumer-facing, early stage and growth companies. She is also currently a Director at the Meredith Corporation. Previously, Beth was President and Chief Operating Officer at Rent the Runway.
